You will be Key part of a growing tight knit team offering Business to Business Customers Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Client Billing and Usage Review:Accurately review client monthly bills and usage within billing systems.Ensure completeness and accuracy of data before finalising.

Monthly Reporting and Data Analysis:Generate and analyse monthly reports from the billing system.Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for cost improvement.Run unbilled and high-usage reports, communicate findings to clients, and recommend cost management strategies.Offer tailored tariff solutions for high-usage customers.

Account Reconciliations:Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate transaction records.Promptly investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.

Billing Alerts Management:Set up and monitor billing alerts to proactively address potential billing issues.Prevent "bill shock" by managing alert systems for all client accounts.Customer Interaction:Provide excellent phone and email support, ensuring timely and professional responses to all client inquiries.Prioritise and handle incoming calls to meet company service standards.

Team Collaboration:Collaborate closely with Sales, Field Service, and Accounts teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.Foster long-term loyalty through proactive engagement and prompt issue resolution.

Requirements:Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.Multi-tasking Ability: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Teamwork:A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented setting.

Customer Account Management:Experience in customer account management is highly desirable.

Microsoft Office Proficiency:High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP, as well as other Office applications such as Word and Teams.
