Looking for a new challenge in IT support?Our client is seeking a 1st Line Technical Support Specialist to join their growing Service Delivery Team in Brentford, London. If you have a passion for customer service and technical troubleshooting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you’ll be doing:Be the first point of contact for customer technical queries and faults.Manage and resolve service tickets related to fixed-line, mobile, and data connectivity.Use remote management tools to troubleshoot and fix issues.Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and service tickets.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure tasks are completed within SLA time-frames.Liaise with carriers and suppliers to escalate and resolve support issues.Assist with unfilled checks, usage reports, and customer invoice queries.

What you’ll need to succeed:Customer Service Experience: Experience handling technical queries with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.Technical Know-how: Understanding of Fixed Line and Data Connectivity Solutions.Problem-solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve customer faults or incidents.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to guide non-technical users.Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining customer records and resolving technical issues.

Bonus Skills:Experience in customer IT environments and knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
