We are currently seekingFinishing Foremanto join a well-established residential developerto oversee the final stages of new build resi flats. The role involves supervising finishing trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and meeting deadlines.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on being at the forefront of construction activities while managing and motivating a team to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
  • Lead by example with hands-on involvement in tasks when required.
  • Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, site workers, and clients.
  • Ensure projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
  • Monitor site safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
  • Assist in material ordering, site setup, and daily reporting to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a working foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
