A market leading legal services company specialising in estate planning is now looking for a bright Paralegalto join their team! You’ll work closely with a small and welcoming probate team providing expert advice on probate procedures, completing applications, and working with solicitors & clients. This is apermanent, in-officeposition offering a competitive salary ofup to £36,000 p.a.for the right person.Apply Today!

This is a great opportunity for a legal professional with at least one year’s probate experience who is possibly looking for the second role in their career. You’ll have a nurturing environment where you’ll have excellent contact with senior members of the team and good exposure to both legal details and clients, as well as a great mentorship structure.

The company is well located in West London, close to new developments, solid public transport links from South & South West London and plenty of high street shops, pubs, restaurants and leafy routes for a lunch time walk - perfect for summer! The team is professional but very welcoming and place an emphasis on ensuring you settle into the role as well as you can!

As the Paralegal, you will:

  • Provide expert advice on probate procedures and applications for clients and other members of the team alike.
  • Complete and submit probate and registry applications on behalf of the company’s clients.
  • Work closely with external solicitors on complex trust, estate or will issues.
  • Meet with clients in-person and on the phone to provide advice on the probate process.

As the Paralegal, you should have:

  • At least 1 years’ of probate experience.
  • A relevant legal degree, CILEX and/or Step Advanced Certificate in the Administration of Estates.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills .
  • An empathetic approach to your probate work.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary ofup to £36,000 plus benefitsincluding a private pension scheme and the opportunity to further personal and professional development. This role is8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. This is an in-office role.
