We are partnered with one of our specialist main contractor clients to find a Senior Site Manager to join the team and deliver a new build industrial scheme. Previous experience in this field is essential as well as a well rounded knowledge of external groundworks/structures through to internal fit out.
As part of our commitment to Section 106 obligations we are looking for a candidate who is based within the Borough to ensure local workforce participation.

Duties:
- Lead all aspects of the site operation, from initial site setup to project completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient construction process.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, delivering the project on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Oversee a team of site personnel, contractors, and sub-contractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Ensure strict adherence to all building regulations, safety procedures, and environmental guidelines, creating a safe and compliant work environment.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing solutions to minimise delays and ensure project success.
- Regularly report project progress and key decisions to the project team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Senior Site Manager on new build industrial projects, with a demonstrable track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, technical specifications, and building regulations relevant to industrial projects.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring efficient and timely project execution.
- A commitment to safety and environmental compliance, upholding the highest standards on site.
- Must hold an in date CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets
- Must be based within the Hounslow Borough.
