level= is delighted to be supporting a Premier League football Club in their search for a talented CRM & Email Marketing Executive for their office in West London.

They are looking for a dedicated CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team. This role focuses on designing, managing, and optimising email marketing campaigns to engage our fanbase and drive engagement across key demographics. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM and email marketing, with a strong understanding of segmentation, sequencing, and automated triggers. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our fan engagement strategy and make a real impact in a dynamic sports environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute email campaigns to support various marketing initiatives, including ticket sales, fan engagement, promotions, and community events.
  • Audience Segmentation: Use CRM tools to effectively segment and target audience groups based on behaviour, demographics, and engagement history.
  • Automation & Trigger Setup: Set up automated email sequences and triggers that nurture engagement, improve retention, and promote personalised fan experiences.
  • Content Creation & Design: Work with the creative team to design visually appealing and impactful email content that aligns with the Brentford FC brand.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyse, and report on email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the email subscriber database, ensuring compliance with GDPR and best practices for data security.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing role, ideally within sports, events, or related industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills for tracking campaign metrics and optimizing performance.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially in setting up automated sequences, triggers, and testing for accuracy.
  • Knowledge of GDPR: Understanding of email marketing compliance, including GDPR requirements.
  • Creativity and Brand Understanding: Ability to work creatively within brand guidelines and an understanding of the tone and community Brentford Football Club represents.

Desirable Skills

  • Copywriting: Basic copywriting skills to craft engaging email content.
  • Familiarity with A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing email content and strategies.
