Working as the Digital Marketing Executive you will play a crucial role in driving online visibility and growth for the company. You will be responsible for executing a comprehensive search engine optimisation / on-page and off-page SEO and PPC strategy. This will include enhancing the company's online visibility through a robust content strategy, strategic link building efforts, PPC campaigns, and targeted keyword optimisation. These initiatives will work together to improve search engine rankings across all major platforms, driving organic and paid traffic to the website.

As the Digital Marketing Executive you will have a data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of SEO and PPC best practices. You will be a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and project management skills.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Digital Marketing Executive include:

  • Execute tests, collect, and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation
  • Research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven SEO experience
  • Working knowledge of WordPress CMS & WooCommerce
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
