Hours 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday to Friday Salary: circa £30k + quarterly bonus

About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading telecommunications company while also supporting its growing commercial property development division. As Senior Office Support, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, assisting with presentations, reports, and strategic projects across both businesses.This role requires someone switched-on, organised, and eager to progress in the corporate world, with responsibilities similar to an Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports to support senior leadership.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including those in Planning, RIBA qualifications, and commercial property development.
  • Assist in meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Manage office facilities and administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support the Managing Director with business-critical projects across telecommunications and property development.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the office, with a keen eye for process improvements.
  • Handle document management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

About You:

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a corporate environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Confident in preparing presentations and reports using Microsoft Office.Experience in telecommunications, property development, or a related corporate setting is an advantage.Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced business.

If you have knowledge of RIBA or worked within the proprty or Facilities Management this could be advantageos to your application
