Payroll & Benefits Manager (Hybrid) - Brentford - to £62000 + BenefitsThe role: Payroll 
  • Full end to end processing of our monthly in-house payroll.  
  • Working alongside HR contacts at each of the studios to collect payroll data and ensuring this is entered into the payroll system (Workday).  
  • Manually entering data as and when required.  
  • Paying the necessary disbursements (e.g. HMRC liabilities, court orders etc.).
  • Managing parental leave calculations.  
  • Ensuring all tax year end processes are completed (P60s, P11D(b)s).  
  • Processing the monthly pension upload.  
  • Working closely with the Finance team for payroll reconciliations.  
  • Consistently reviewing processes to ensure optimisation.  
  • Working with the systems team to ensure the configuration of business processes in Workday meets payroll requirements.  
  • Taking ownership for payroll compliance.  
  • Being the main point of contact for any payroll queries.

  • Uploading necessary reports for our benefits provider.  
  • Coordinating onsite days and virtual sessions (e.g. pension roadshows, health screenings, flu jabs).  
  • Communicating benefits to employees, ensuring that staff are aware of the current offerings and informed of any changes.  
  • Competitor and market research for new benefit providers or offerings.  Being the main point of contact for any benefits queries.
