The role:
- Benchmark salaries for hires, job changes, and reviews.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyse market data.
- Maintain company job architecture and salary ranges.
- Ensure internal equity and compliance with equal pay standards.
- Deliver annual pay reviews, bonus processes, and reports.
- Manage compensation data and audits in Workday.
- Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency regulations.
- Support payroll, benefits, and ad-hoc projects.
