A UK wide, multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking an adaptable and proactive Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Surveying team in West London.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the more experienced Surveyors in London with the delivery of employer's agent services, as well as the full spectrum of pre and post contract services.
Project wise, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on residential projects for Housing Associations, Developers, and Local Authorities across London and surrounding areas.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a construction related degree
- 12+ months quantity surveying experience
- Driving licence
- Basic pre contract experience
- Client facing
- Interested in residential projects
- Any Employers Agent or Project Management experience would be a plus
