Estate Administrator, based in Brentford, £28k-£30k, Monday - FridayThis role is based in Brentford, working for a luxury developer within an easily accessible part of West London. This position requires you to offer management and administration support to the Development Manager and Residents Manager. Duties and Responsibilities:* Manage and update the main database for the estate and the facilities management database* Ensure Welcome Packs are sent out to new tenants and lessees* Be point of contact with car parking company* Deal with enquiries via all channels of communication; telephone, email and in-person* Provide immaculate service when meeting clients, residents and contractors * Coordinate and efficiently sort the company calendar* Liaise with the Development Manager, Estate Agents, Lessees, Tenants, Surveyors, and Barratt London personnel as required * Update noticeboards and assist the Development Manager with the monthly resident's newsletter* Offer a flexible working approach and carry out any other ad-hoc tasks where required * Observe and adhere to the Landlord & Tenant Act* Handling databases with integrity and in line with company policies * To carry out all employee Health and Safety responsibilities. The Ideal Candidate:* Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail* Has a flexible and pro-active work approach * Professional and friendly personality * Has an in-depth understanding of immaculate customer service * Experience working with technology and systems
