Ballycommon Services Ltdis looking for aRecruitment Administatorto join our team based in our Brentford Office.
The role will be resourcing labour to various sites/clients and will involve a high degree of admin work so the person needs to have strong organisation and communication skills.
The salary is competitive & dependent on your experience.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and selecting staff including short-listing, interviewing, referencing
- Building and managing a database of rail, construction and related industries of candidates.
- Ascertaining whether candidates have all required documents and make an initial assessment of their qualifications & experience.
- Processing application forms & certificates onto our database.
- Carry out reference & qualification checks.
- Identifying pro-active methods of recruitment and continuously looking for new ways to improve.
- Answering phone quieries (work phone provided)
- Manage vacancies from start to finish
Skills
- Knowledge of Construction /Construction trades (preferably but not
essential)
- Have good account management and organisation skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills and also be a team player.
- Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment.
- Experience of Microsoft Office - Excel /Word/Outlook
- Experience using database systems.
