We are seeking an Education Recruitment Consultant to join a leading educational recruitment agency. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the education sector and a talent for sales, who is ready to connect education professionals with fulfilling roles within schools.
Day-to-day of the role:- Cultivate and maintain relationships with education professionals to match them with suitable roles.
- Offer personalized support to candidates, ensuring alignment between their career aspirations and available opportunities.
- Work closely with schools and head teachers to provide consultative staffing solutions.
- Develop and maintain expertise in the field of educational recruitment.
- Engage in sales activities, including making outbound calls and attending client meetings.
- Negotiate pay rates and foster positive, long-term relationships with candidates.
- Monitor job placements to ensure satisfaction and meet financial targets.
- Proven sales ability and a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in temporary recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above).
- Understanding of the UK education system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4.30pm, and 8am to 5.30pm on an alternating basis through the week. The hours are shorter during school holidays and will be 9am to 5pm
