Our client is currently looking to recruit a Mobile Caretaker to join their team in the Brentwood area.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining communal areas.
- Performing inspections of housing estates.
- Undertaking cleaning tasks within the communal areas and grounds.
- Carry out small maintenance repairs and escalate any potential health and safety issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all our housing estates are in a safe and clean environment
Skills/Qualifications
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Previous experience in a caretaker or mobile cleaner role.
