Robert Half are delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator based in Brentwood.
The role will be an initial 2 month contract starting prior to Christmas so you will need to be immediately available for this role. The role is paying between £13 - £14PH
The role of Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for providing Administrative support to regional teams including contractual compliance and Service levels.
Full responsibilities include -
- Supporting the CDM with reporting, including Debt control, Variance analysis, Costing tracking & Budget building
- Support subcontractor renewals
- Support the wider team of Facility Coordinators
- Support internal & external clients on administrative tasks
- Complete site audits
- Support with Health and Safety standards
You will need to be experienced within a Facilities Coordinator role within Multi contract or Large scale accounts to be considered for this role.
