The menu at Alecs Restaurant Bar & Grill is traditionally British and sets out to provide simple, quality fresh food. Although predominantly a seafood restaurant serving the finest fish and shellfish, mouth-watering meat dishes add to this impressive menu.
We are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can bring fresh ideas, creativity & elegance to the table. We aspire to be the household name for the best in its class for food & service in England.

Want to know what you would be getting up to on a daily basis?
- Run and manage a 12-month marketing calendar (big events such as Valentines Day, Mothers & Fathers Day, Wine evenings, Garden Parties and Festive Period).
- Maintain and control a consistent voice, personality, look and feel for our brand across all social channels, email and printed comms.
- Create fun and interesting content across all social channels.
- Write engaging newsletters about upcoming events at the restaurant.
- Being reactive and on the pulse with the latest social trends, willing to act and implement promptly.
- Measure and analyse social media performance to adjust activities for maximizing traffic and engagement.
- Assist in research of potential upcoming/ongoing projects
- Help to drive bookings/reservations through marketing techniques
- Have a minimum of 3-year experience in a similar role. (also having past experience in high end hospitality role would be desirable)
- A strong understanding of all marketing/social media channels. (Emails, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Twitter & TikTok)
- Naturally creative with excellent communication skills.
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
