Key Purposes of the Role
- Responsible for the day to day working with in the refinement area of the Bio MRF operation.
- Responsible for ensuring that this section is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Responsible for providing light maintenance of equipment.
- Responsible for plant performance, which may include unblocking blockages within the plant assets.
- Responsible for the loading and checking of the RDF/SRF fuel via company procedures.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Reporting of near misses & safety related incidents
- Contribute to the Refinement facility being compliant with environmental permit and fly control measures
- Drive multiple pieces of mobile plant within the refinement section
- Ensure appropriate PPE is worn
- End of shift checks
- Conveyor waste monitoring
- Mobile Plant level 1 jobs
Experience, Education & Qualifications
Essential
- Experience of working on a production line
- Understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Good people skills; be able to communicate at all levels
- Good organisation/ planning skills
Ideal
- Experience of working in Waste Management
- Understanding of waste management regulations
- Mobile plant experience
