We are looking for a motivated individual to join our expanding company, focusing on managing our online presence across platforms like Amazon and eBay.
The role involves updating content, assisting with daily admin tasks, creating and tracking FBA shipments, and conducting keyword research.
Candidates should have previous marketplace experience, preferably with Amazon, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and initiative.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with eCommerce admin tasks are essential, alongside a proactive attitude and commercial mindset.
The position offers a salary of $40,000 per year and requires at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated and passionate to join our rapidly expanding company. As part of your role, you will be responsible for various aspects of our online presence, such as managing content on Amazon, and eBay and various other marketplaces. Your contribution will be critical in driving the growth of our online presence and you will work closely with our MD to achieve our objectives.

Responsibilities

Updating content through eBay, Amazon, and other marketplaces to drive conversion and traffic.
To assist with daily admin tasks on Amazon, such as raising cases, monitoring A-Z claims and returns, monitoring account health.
Creating FBA shipments, tracking FBA shipments and raising discrepancy disputes.
Assisting with any admin tasks on eBay.
Keyword research and implementation.
Day to day marketplace admin.
Some PPC (pay per click) tasks.
Weekly & monthly management of external agencies

Requirements

Previous marketplace experience in a similar role, Amazon is desired.
Great attention to detail.
Able to use initiative and working with some degree of autonomy.
Comfortable using excel and flat files.
Proactive and a willingness to learn.
Commercially minded.
Previous experience with eCommerce admin tasks.
