Senior Structural Technician - Contract
Brentwood
33.00-37.00 per hour (Outside IR35)
Our client has an urgent requirement for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Technician on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in structural works, with a strong background in both residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality structural general arrangement drawings, sections, and details.
- Detail reinforced concrete and steelwork designs accurately.
- Work independently to deliver projects with minimal supervision.
- Ensure that all work is completed in line with project specifications and standards.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of building structures and the ability to translate complex engineering designs into clear and accurate CAD drawings.
About you:
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Extensive experience in structural works, including RC and steelwork
- Experience of residential and commercial buildings
- Able to work with full autonomy and manage workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Committed to meeting deadlines
