- Managing reservations and efficiently accommodating walk-ins.
- Coordinating seating for guest comfort and service efficiency.
- Communicating with staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Providing accurate wait times and keeping guests informed.
- Assisting with special requests for celebrations and VIP guests.
- Maintaining a clean and presentable entrance and reception.
- Handling guest inquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via email.
- Supporting the team in delivering a welcoming, memorable experience.
