?? Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in O&G, Power, or heavy industry? We’re looking for a proactive leader to oversee construction projects, manage teams, and drive successful project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:? Preparing pre-mobilisation and pre-construction plans (HSE, Quality, RAMS, ITPs)? Managing construction, HSEQ, commercial, and project controls? Overseeing labour, supervision, and equipment deployment? Ensuring work methods align with safety and quality standards? Monitoring budgets, cost controls, and project progress? Handling client communications, meetings, and reporting? Managing subcontractor procurement, forecasting, and contract closeout? Leading and mentoring junior/intermediate staff
What You Need:? 10+ years of construction experience (5+ years as a Construction Manager) or Degree Qualified Engineer with 10+ years of project experience? Experience in O&G, Power Generation, or heavy industrial sectors (preferred)? Strong contractual knowledge, project controls, estimating, scheduling & planning skills? Excellent communication & leadership skills? Strong safety knowledge & computer proficiency (Excel, Word)
