Burman Recruitments goal is to build long-term partnerships with candidates and clients through a consultative and innovative approach. As a Customer Care & Compliance Specialist, you'll play a key role in enhancing processes, ensuring compliance, and driving an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Support our sales team and manage candidate and client onboarding/offboarding.
  • Handle customer care inquiries across multiple platforms.
  • Generate and distribute reports for the business.
  • Ensure compliance throughout the customer journey.
  • Oversee the contractor lifecycle and manage the Contractor Care Portal.
  • Identify improvement areas and implement effective processes.
  • Train team members on onboarding and compliance best practices.
  • Draft and distribute new documentation and templates.
  • Manage company Trustpilot & Google reviews.
  • Liaise with suppliers and umbrellas for customer requests.
  • Oversee logistics for welcome packs sent to new candidates.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes.
  • Contribute to content creation, events, and competitions.
  • Address other ad-hoc needs to support our business.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Friendly, customer-first approach, always willing to go the extra mile.
  • Creative, proactive, and an excellent problem-solver.
  • Strong time management and process-oriented mindset.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience in account management, payroll, recruitment, or Higher Education is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.
