We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well established award winning company!
The role-
- Assisting customers with any enquiries which could be sales, aftersales or chasing of deliveries
- Processing Orders and along side this credit card transactions
- Whilst processing orders maximising sales at every opportunity
- Monitoring and responding to customers over a number of platforms, phone, email and a ticketing system
- Liaising with a number of different departments to ensure a smooth customer service experience. These could be warehouse, couriers or the technical team.
The person-
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Confident on the telephone.
- Ability to multitask
- Previous contact centre experience/customer service call centre experience is desirable but not a must.
The role works on a two week rota basis- week 1 Mon-Fri 8.30-5, week 2 Mon-Fri 8.30-5 with one day off either a Wed/Thurs and a Saturday 9.30-3pm.
The right person must have their own transport and be within a local travelling distance of Brentwood and Shenfield.
