Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and innovative drama lessons to students across various year groups, ensuring a dynamic learning environment.
Develop and implement creative lesson plans that promote students' confidence, teamwork, and performance skills.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to organize school productions, workshops, and drama-related events.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and creativity.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching drama in a secondary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the curriculum and passion for the performing arts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
