Your new companyOur client is a global distributor that is rapidly growing and looking for an experienced FP&A manager to take on this newly created role.Your new role

  • The FP&A Manager will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and board reporting with the aim of driving business value and efficiency.
  • Work closely with senior Sales, Procurement and Operations teams to support sustainable growth and robust financial decisions.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Utilise and implement new tools, software, and AI to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Prepare regular financial reports for stakeholders, ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making, scenario analysis and impact assessments
  • Develop new KPI's to monitor and track business performance

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Accountant with proven financial experience.
  • Advanced Excel and ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
  • Strong FP&A and commercial finance understanding.
  • Knowledge and working understanding of Power BI, SQL, Python
  • Strong understanding of UK GAAP.
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying insights that have driven commercial value.
  • Demonstrable experience in a high-growth business,
  • Private equity experience is an advantage.
