Your new companyOur client is a global distributor that is rapidly growing and looking for an experienced FP&A manager to take on this newly created role.Your new role
- The FP&A Manager will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and board reporting with the aim of driving business value and efficiency.
- Work closely with senior Sales, Procurement and Operations teams to support sustainable growth and robust financial decisions.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Utilise and implement new tools, software, and AI to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Prepare regular financial reports for stakeholders, ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making, scenario analysis and impact assessments
- Develop new KPI's to monitor and track business performance
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Accountant with proven financial experience.
- Advanced Excel and ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
- Strong FP&A and commercial finance understanding.
- Knowledge and working understanding of Power BI, SQL, Python
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP.
- Demonstrable experience of identifying insights that have driven commercial value.
- Demonstrable experience in a high-growth business,
- Private equity experience is an advantage.
