SALES ADMINISTRATION WITH FLUENT JAPANESE WRITTEN & SPOKEN PREFFERED

Sales administrator working with and reports into the Manager and DGM for this growing resources metal team.

Sales administrator will be responsible for the contract execution of metal goods from the supplier to the customer, will act as the go between from the supplier to the customer and will be responsible for the complete processing of the orders including international shipment, invoicing and payments.

  • This role will also cover full inventory control and management.
  • As sales administrator you will be covering from Contract Execution from Sales contracts and Purchase Contracts to make sure they are signed and exchanged between supplier and Customer
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of goods from supplier to customer in line with terms and conditions of the contract and in line with Incoterms.
  • Provide shipping information and shipping documents to customers and counterparties.
  • Record and control all information on excel and keep shipping documents in files.
  • Provide the latest shipping information, shipping documents to customers.
  • Issue sales contracts and purchase contracts
  • Liaise with logistics department and arrange delivery
  • Check stock levels regularly, issue consignment reports weekly
  • Maintain accurate date records of all metal stock products
  • Delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders using SAP system.
  • MS Office skills - Intermediate level

EXPERIENCE

  • Min 2 - 3 years - Sales Administration, Import & Exports, Metals, Shipping, Incoterms, invoices, purchase orders,
  • Experience of export of international business goods
  • Experience of raising PO, sales order, invoicing, payments
  • Experience of inventory management
  • Liaise with customer to chase late payments
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Preferred - Japanese both written & spoken
