Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Workshop Planner to join our friendly and proactive Client in West Horndon, Essex.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your responsibilities include:

• Plan all workshop activities through our Client's internal CRM system - This would be appertaining to machining works, fabrication, callout site work, and refurbishment works.• To manage the CRM system and ensure all works are scheduled on time.• To source materials from direct suppliers, produce purchase orders and manage deliveries.• Managing goods in and out ensuring all materials required arrive on time for scheduled jobs and are labelled to associated works.• Ensures deliveries are conducted and delivery notes returned.• Works closely with workshop supervisor for scheduling purposes.• Conducts and leads a daily and weekly planning meeting.• Ensures business KPIs are met.• Analyses turnover based on actuals jobs versus potentials.

You will need:

• Good focus attributes.• Be able to organise and multitask.• Good computer skills.• Have technical understanding of engineering drawings for machining and fabrication scopes.• Have technical engineering experience to understand workscopes.• Be able to achieve business KPIs and business objectives.• Good communication skills to discuss with customers, suppliers and management staff & UK resident and the right to work in the UK
