Position: Year 3 Teacher Location: Brentwood, Essex Contract Type: Full-time Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our supportive and thriving primary school community in Brentwood. About the Role:As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, stimulating lessons and supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of your students. You will create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning, while ensuring high standards of achievement and progress.

Key Responsibilities:路 Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum 路 Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents 路 Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all students feel valued and supported 路 Work closely with other staff to develop cross-curricular projects and activities 路 Promote students personal development, well-being, and behaviour 路 Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings 路 Contribute to the ongoing development of the school and its teaching practices

The Ideal Candidate:路 A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) 路 A passion for primary education and working with young children 路 Creative, enthusiastic, and able to engage students through inspiring lessons 路 Strong organisational and communication skills 路 Experience in teaching Year 3 is desirable, but not essential 路 A commitment to providing a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
