Are you kind, caring, and passionate about supporting older people? We are a large, friendly nursing home in Brentwood, specialising in elderly and dementia care, and we are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Care Assistant, you will:

? Provide high-quality personal care - including assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting? Support mobility and daily activities - helping residents stay active and engaged? Offer companionship - building strong relationships and providing emotional support? Assist at mealtimes - ensuring residents have the nutrition and hydration they need? Monitor residents' well-being - reporting any concerns to senior staff? Maintain a safe and clean environment - following infection control and safety procedures
