Your day will be varied; supporting students with challenging behaviour in the classroom to manage their own behaviour, engage with tasks set by the class teacher, and reach their potential.

You will work on learning activities, promote confidence, and encourage students to act independently to succeed.

Responsibilities:

** Assist with daily activities in the classroom

** Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to engage fully with their education.

** Monitor and record progress, working closely with students and other support staff

** Provide 1-1 support and group support

** Behaviour management
