Are you a proven CIPD qualified HR Professional that would be interested in a 6 month ftc working for a commercial organisation in Brentwood?This role will require you to be on site 5 days per week.This is a pivotal role where you will be providing HR advice, managing employee relations (ER) cases and supporting various HR projects
- Offer HR advice to employees, managers and stakeholders on policies, procedures and processes.
- Employee Relations - lead and manage ER cases including reviews, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
- Support large scale employee relations activities such as restructuring and consultations
- Projects - participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR Projects
- Update company policies
- Deliver HR orientation to new employees and training to People Managers
You will require the following experience:-
- CIPD Qualified or equivalent
- Proven HR experience of working at this level
- Proven experience in managing Employee Relations (ER) cases
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
