Are you a proven CIPD qualified HR Professional that would be interested in a 6 month ftc working for a commercial organisation in Brentwood?This role will require you to be on site 5 days per week.This is a pivotal role where you will be providing HR advice, managing employee relations (ER) cases and supporting various HR projects

  • Offer HR advice to employees, managers and stakeholders on policies, procedures and processes.
  • Employee Relations - lead and manage ER cases including reviews, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Support large scale employee relations activities such as restructuring and consultations
  • Projects - participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR Projects
  • Update company policies
  • Deliver HR orientation to new employees and training to People Managers

You will require the following experience:-

  • CIPD Qualified or equivalent
  • Proven HR experience of working at this level
  • Proven experience in managing Employee Relations (ER) cases
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
