Job Advert: HR Advisor (Temporary)
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: 22.00 per hour - 25.00 per hour
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a temporary role where you can make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our clients team and support their HR function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about people and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Help implement HR initiatives and programmes that enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal and company policies.
- Stay updated on employment law changes and best practises to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- CIPD Level 3 and above
