Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team, supporting the company's user base at both 1st and 2nd line levels. This full-time role involves providing hands-on support for a range of hardware and software, ensuring seamless operations across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 & 11 desktop environments.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via the IT Service Desk.
- Support users in both physical and virtualised (VMWare) environments.
- Configure and install hardware/software for desktop and mobile devices.
- Administer user accounts on AD and Exchange, manage permissions for secure access.
- Support Microsoft Exchange and Mitel communication systems.
- Flexibility to travel between locations as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in desktop and mobile device management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10 & 11) and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Exchange and Mitel communication systems.
- Flexibility to cover out-of-hours or weekend support when needed.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
