Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation Management:
- Lead end-to-end project implementation for new services, systems, and development changes.
- Gather business requirements, define project scope, and create detailed implementation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, aligning resources, timelines, and objectives.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve conflicts.
- Provide training and support to teams affected by new implementations.
2. Continuous Improvement:

- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of improvements.

Experience:
- Experienced in continuous improvement, project management, or a related role within operations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems focusing on warehouse functions within inventory control.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry with an understanding of batch traceability.
- Proven track record of leading and implementing improvement projects.
- Experience managing operational/production departments.
