Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation Management:
- Lead end-to-end project implementation for new services, systems, and development changes.

- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve conflicts.

- Knowledge of ERP systems focusing on warehouse functions within inventory control.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry with an understanding of batch traceability.
- Proven track record of leading and implementing improvement projects.
- Experience managing operational/production departments.
