- Conducting conflict checks, money laundering, and ID verifications.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, diary management, expenses, and meeting preparation.
- Typing and drafting legal documents through audio and copy typing (experience with BigHand is advantageous).
- Liaising with clients, court officials, and third parties as instructed by lawyers.
- Supporting the preparation and collation of court bundles.
- Managing new business enquiries, accurately recording information, and following up as needed.
- Providing reception cover and attending to clients when required.
- Have experience working in a Family Law environment.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with legal software (knowledge of BigHand and P4W is an advantage).
- Exhibit a proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with sensitivity and professionalism.
