Are you from an Engineering background within the Chiller, HVAC or similar industry that has experience managing Engineers, that is looking to step into a highly autonomous role, managing a team of Engineers, on top of having a clear progression route up to senior leadership roles?

This company are an industry leading business within the medical sector, they have an excellent reputation for looking after their staff, growing up to near 200 employees. They have had exponential growth and are planning to continue this in the upcoming months, this is why they need an engineer to step into a role within the Birmingham region.

This role would suit someone with Engineering Management experience in the Chiller, HVAC or similar industry, that is looking for the next step in their career with the option on progression and training, on top of having overtime opportunities so you can increase your earnings.

The Role:
*Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
*Oversee the performance and utilization of the engineering team, optimizing resources and ensuring efficient operations.
*Manage parts ordering and returns, ensuring that the team has the necessary materials to complete their tasks effectively.

The Candidate:
*Engineering experience in Chiller, HVAC or similar industry
*Engineering management experience
*Based within commutable distance of Brentwood
