We are representing a dynamic organisation seeking a Marketing Senior Specialist to drive their brand and trade strategies across the UK and Ireland. This pivotal role supports the company’s ambitious growth plans during a transformative period. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse set of responsibilities, including developing strategic marketing communications, executing sales promotions, and managing multiple brands.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Develop and implement the annual Trade & Communications Marketing Plan, aligning with business goals and ensuring strong execution across various trade channels.
  • Plan and lead integrated marketing and sales promotion campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies and the marketing team to create compelling content for trade audiences using online channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, and external partnerships.
  • Build the digital footprint of the company’s brands by working with specialist agencies and the marketing team to boost profiles across key online platforms and on the web.
  • Co-manage the new loyalty scheme, focusing on membership growth, installer engagement, and reward optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the product team to design and implement B2B marketing materials for product launches.
  • Work alongside the Sales and Logistics teams to identify opportunities and ensure seamless execution of trade marketing activities, including stock availability.
  • Serve as a brand champion, promoting the company’s product portfolio and brand identity in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the rollout of POS displays across different trade outlets, measuring engagement and other forms of ROI.
  • Support the sales team at key trade shows and customer meetings, and manage exhibitions targeting primarily B2B audiences.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing for planned marketing activities, developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, managing the Sales Toolbox software, and monitoring the Marketing Dashboard.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in marketing, particularly in developing and executing marketing and sales promotion campaigns.
  • Experience in multi-brand management.
  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including content creation, website management, and eMarketing.
  • Experience in managing loyalty schemes and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
