Air Conditioning Engineer
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join one of the UK's leading maintenance providers. The role will involve servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial air conditioning systems and other associated HVAC plant.
Ideal candidate location:
Thurrock or similar South Essex location with capacity to travel into Central London. Majority of work will be primarily inside the M25

Salary: £45,000 - £55000 dependant on experience
Hours: Mon - Fri 40 hours a week on site + 10 hours allocated for travel time (any further travel paid at OT rate)
Standby / Call Out: 1 in 8: £150 standby payment
Overtime: 1.5x and 2.0x on Sundays
Holidays: 33 days inclusive of banks

Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.
- You will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites.
- Ensuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date
- Safe working practices in relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applications
- Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management
Qualifications / Experience:
F-Gas - Essential
Desirable but not essential:
City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition
The ideal candidate:
- Will have worked in a similar mobile role traveling around the region from home.
- Be able to deal directly with customers and on-site management teams
- Have the ability to work at heights, work in confined spaces
- A hands-on, can-do and flexible approach to your work
- Full Driving License as this is a mobile role
