This consultancy work on a mix range of projects including Commercial, Residential and Mix-use, as a result you be given project exposure across a range of sectors

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be required to:

• Design, manage, and supervise complex mechanical building services projects, ensuring seamless integration with other engineering disciplines
• Prepare detailed mechanical specifications, reports, single-line diagrams, schematics, load calculations, and budget estimates, adhering to project timelines and regulations
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and external consultants to build strong relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and fostering future opportunities
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion

Skills Required

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical design tools
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems and integration with other disciplines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with clients and team members
