Customer Service Executive - 22.5 / 30 hours per week

Location: Brentwood, Essex

Salary: £25,350 pro rata + monthly performance related bonus

Working Pattern: 22.5 or 30 hours per week (Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5pm / Tuesday - Thursday 8.30am-5pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fact-finding to gather key information and contact potential new clients from leads.
  • Build and develop relationships with new clients.
  • Conduct online research to identify potential clients.
  • Liaise with decision-makers regarding company services.
  • Qualify potential leads and secure a commitment from the key decision-maker for an appointment.
  • Accurately enter key data into the in-house system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
