Job Title: Groundworks Gang - Required
Location: Near Brentwood, Essex
Rate: 180-220 per day (CIS)
Hours: 7:15am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- Relevant CSCS/CPCS cards essential
- Experience in groundworks, including machine operation and manual labor
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Immediate start available
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Groundworks Gang to assist with the final stages of a solar farm project near Brentwood, Essex. This is an 8-10 week assignment with the potential for further work on additional projects with the same company. Monday start
The ideal team will consist of:
- A Machine Driver (experienced in operating excavators)
- A Dumper Driver
- A Groundworker
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing the site for installation of solar panels
- Excavating trenches and foundations
- Helping with an access road
- Backfilling and leveling the site
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
