As a Primary ECT, you'll be expected to plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons to enhance learning and encourage pupils' curiosity.

Can you use your passion and energy to reach low attainers while pushing the high ones, and work with parents and TAs to formulate the best plans for each student? If so, this may be the role for you!

About the ideal candidate:

  • Have UK QTS
  • Be an experienced Teacher with a good record of achievement
  • Excellent subject knowledge of KS1 curriculum
  • Excellent record of good/outstanding observations and performance management
  • Committed to providing high standards of teaching and achievement
