Recycling Quality Controller

Working Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm / 10pm - 6am

This role is to continuously monitor and test the quality of processed and raw glass cullet.

Recording and reporting all results in an effective and timely manner, which helps to maximize plant efficiency as well as raw and processed product quality.

Excellent attention to details

Ability to demonstrate and uphold excellent H&S standards

Hold a FLT Licence

Carry out all continuous internal quality test on the processed materials as required following the company test procedures.

Carry out all internal quality test on raw materials

Record and report all test results on paper and electronically

Report any rejections or obvious trends of data that could be used to improve the quality of the finished product.

Test and Report of quality raw products and trial materials, feeding back information to help drive improvement.

Assist in any other SHEQ duties

Review current quality testing procedures and review these
