The Recycling Waste - Quality Controller position requires monitoring and testing the quality of processed and raw glass cullet.
Candidates should be flexible with shift hours, primarily working Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm or 10pm to 6am, with potential for 12-hour shifts for coverage.
The role involves taking samples of waste glass, conducting internal quality tests, and recording results both on paper and electronically.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or similar role is preferred, with a focus on maximizing plant efficiency and product quality.
The salary for this position is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Recycling Waste - Quality Controller

Working Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm / 10pm - 6am (flexible on shift could even be 8am to 4pm) but will need to cover a 12 hour shift to help with holiday or sickness cover.

This role is to continuously monitor and test the quality of processed and raw glass cullet.

Recording and reporting all results in an effective and timely manner, which helps to maximise plant efficiency as well as raw and processed product quality.

This role is to take small samples of MRF, waste bottle to review quality of waste glass quality. working with small quatities to test, various sized sieves to check samples of glass.

Carry out all internal quality test on raw materials

Record and report all test results on paper and electronically

Test and Report of quality raw products and trial materials, feeding back information to help drive improvement.

This role is working in WASTE, Looking to go PERM for the right person, this will start on a Temporary basis
