You will have the chance to work mainly on residential and commercial projects throughout the dynamic and lucrative London construction sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurate cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects, managing project finances to ensure profitability, conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis, and preparing tender documentation and managing contracts. This role will be primarily office based, though you will occasionally be required to travel to site.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator (or similar) who is hungry for success and eager to tie themselves to the meteoric rise of this company.
