On offer is the opportunity to work for a construction company that provides fit out solutions and construction management to multi-million pound projects in London and further afield. This company is experiencing a meteoric rise turning over 1.5 million last year and is expected to double in revenue this year. You will have the chance to work mainly on residential and commercial projects throughout the dynamic and lucrative London construction sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurate cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects, managing project finances to ensure profitability, conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis, and preparing tender documentation and managing contracts. This role will be primarily office based, though you will occasionally be required to travel to site.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator (or similar) who is hungry for success and eager to tie themselves to the meteoric rise of this company.
