Location: Brentwood, Essex (Office-based, 5 days a week)
Salary: Circa 60,000 + Package

We are seeking an experienced Dry Lining Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established specialist contractor in Brentwood. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business that delivers high-quality interior fit-out and dry lining projects across London and the South East.

The Role:

• Managing all commercial aspects of dry lining projects, from tender stage through to final account.

• Preparing valuations, cost reporting, and managing variations.

• Working closely with project teams to ensure budgets and profitability targets are met.

• Negotiating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensuring all contractual and legal requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the dry lining, interiors, or fit-out sectors.

• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.

• Knowledge of JCT contracts and industry regulations.

• A proactive and results-driven approach.
