HEAD OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Brentwood, CM14
Salary: £75k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An experienced, organised and highly competent Commercial Property Agent is required for this Head of Commercial Property role with a professional property company in the Brentwood, Essex area.
You will be overseeing the Commercial Property and Commercial Property Management department, which has a strong local customer base
Your role will be to ensure that smooth running of the commercial property department and oversee the Sales, Lettings & Management all commercial properties.
The role will also involve all aspects of commercial lease renewal and rent reviews
The ideal candidate must have previous experience is Commercial Property and an RICS qualification would be ideal although not essential
Candidates who live within a short commuting distance, know the local area and have extensive Commercial Property experience will be given preferential consideration.
Skills: The skills required for this Head of Commercial Property role will include:
- Significant experience in Commercial Agency
- Success in managing and developing a team
- Listing and business winning skills
- Experience in commercial leases and acquisitions
- Professional Member of RICS (preferred)
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Brentwood area
- Full UK Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Commercial Estate Agency
