Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Brentwood Area, are looking to employ a Senior Sales Negotiator. If you are experienced and self-motivated, with the ability to sell and cover some listings, this role could be for you.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Up to £25,000 basic salary
- £40,000 - £45,000 On Target Earnings
- Individual Sale Commission
- Individual Listing Commission
- 28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
- 5 Day Work Week
Working Hours:
- Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
- Every Saturday 09:00 – 17:00, with lieu day in week.
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator Role you must have:
- Minimum of 1 years experience working as a Senior Negotiator or Valuer
- Ability to work within a team
- Ambition and be self-motivated
As a Senior Sales Negotiator your role will include but not be limited to:
- Successfully Negotiating offers
- Listing properties
- Calling out new properties to potential buyers
- Marketing updates to Vendors
